Many people would be wondering, what’s the big deal with “Glowing Rays Divine Mercy”? And the remark, “Malaysia Boleh”?<\/p>\n
Yes, they do look very attractive especially in a darken room, but do you know that the image of the Divine Mercy could only be rendered as a painting for many years in the past – until now!<\/p>\n
The Divine Mercy image is characterized by having rays of red and blue emerging from the heart of Jesus. Rendering the rays realistically has always been a challenge for many artists. On my part, I have carved out in clear acrylic sheet, the figure of Jesus in 2.5D, scratched the lines representing the rays and used LED lights to illuminate from the bottom edge.<\/p>\n
This has resulted in what is called, “Glowing Rays Divine Mercy”, where the rays appear to glow as they should. Furthermore, the image of Jesus also appears to float and glow like an apparition or transfiguration.<\/p>\n
Why “Malaysia Boleh”? It’s because nowhere else in the world can you find such a lamp. Nobody has done it before. Not the Europeans. Not the Americans. And it can only be found in Malaysia!
